Private Tours for Large Groups
Driving your own dog team is not for everyone. But riding in a sled basket is suitable for young and old alike!

We offer private dog sledding experiences for families and large groups. We can accommodate groups who want only to take a dog sled ride, or, have some participants drive their own dog team while others ride in the basket on a traditional dog sled ride. These trips are designed to accommodate your needs and are fully customizable.

We can accommodate 2 riders (guests in the dog sled basket) and 2 drivers at a time.
​
When you arrive at the kennel you will be introduced to the happy Siberian Huskies waiting to take you for a ride. After a warm gear check, you will be bundled into the cushioned sled and wrapped warmly. One person per sled, excepting kids. If you are interested in driving your own sled, thorough instructions are provided, and your are introduced to your team.
Groups with more than 4 people can enjoy hot drinks, listen to tales of Alaskan adventures, and meet the puppies while they wait their turn in our heated outdoor accommodations.

Your dog sled guide will take you through beautiful old growth boreal forest to the top of a ridge, where vast panoramic views of the White Mountains and the Chatanika River Valley await. There is ample time to stop for pictures.
After your tour, you are welcomed back to the kennel with a warming fire, hot drinks, and home-baked treats.

This is a private tour. 8 person maximum. Less than 8 people may book, but the base price remains the same. Larger groups please inquiry directly.
THE BASICS

Time: Can be scheduled between the hours of 10 A.M. - 4 P.M.

Duration: 3-6 hours from arrival to departure (depends on group).

Transportation: We do not offer a shuttle service. ​We recommend having a rental car.
